Manish Mamnani, President and Founder

Manish Mamnani is a seasoned industry leader with a passion for excellence and an unparalleled commitment to serving his clients. He is the driving force behind Gatesix’s rapid ascent from home-based business to premier technology company.

Manish has extensive experience in Application Architecture and client-server system development. This enables Manish to deliver the kind of innovative leadership that keeps Gatesix on the cutting-edge of IT providers.

Born and raised in Indore, M.P. India, Manish earned his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from New Mexico State University. He began his professional career at AG Communication Systems, where he designed and developed GUI software for operation and maintenance of the SNIP platform. Manish gained further industry expertise working for companies such as American Express and Prismsoft, where he served as Technical Lead for web design and development.

Throughout his career, Manish has continually demonstrated a deep understanding of the design and development of client-server, E-Commerce, and Internet-based systems. In addition, his innovative skills in Business Development, Process Improvement and Technical Architectural work for software projects to provide unparalleled service to Gatesix’s ever-growing list of satisfied clients.

Manish is a visionary who views the Internet as a world of endless possibilities. An uncompromising entrepreneur, he keeps his fingers on the pulse of Gatesix’s daily business operations, leveraging his wealth of experience to best serve Gatesix’s clients.

K.L. Mamnani, Chairman - Gatesix India

K.L. Mamnani has extensive experience in the banking industry and spent more than 25 successful years managing one of the largest banking organizations in India - The Bank of Baroda. He brings a wealth of management, banking, finance and human resource expertise to the Gatesix organization. Mr. Mamnani has been closely involved in developing the infrastructure of our offshore development center in Indore, India. Mr. Mamnani is actively involved in all strategic and policy making decision for the offshore development center.

Manoj Chhablani, Director, Operations - Gatesix India

Manoj holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and has a wealth of expertise in finance, taxation, corporate and other applicable laws. He manages day-to-day operations in India including human resources, and all other administrative functions. He also assists upper management with strategic and policy making decisions. Manoj has been an integral part of the continued growth and success of Gatesix India.

Michael Mayer, Director, Business Development

As Director of Business Development for Gatesix, Michael Mayer uses his extensive technical knowledge to creatively architect innovative solutions for a multitude of clients. Over the last four years his leadership has helped Gatesix become a premier technology provider for SMBs as well as Fortune 500 companies.

Michael brings with him more than ten years of experience in the design and development of Internet strategies, E-commerce applications, custom software and network infrastructure management. Michael has been involved in almost every aspect of business and has persistently researched products and technologies with the goal of aligning the business requirements of his clients with long term solutions.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Graphics Communications and Information Technology Management from Arizona State University. He also holds a variety of specialized technical certifications.

Atul Shukla, Director, Technology Services

As Director of Technology Services Atul Shukla manages the Gatesix software development team, network and server/desktop support team and staff augmentation team. Atul leads these groups of experts in creating custom technology solutions to take clients to the next business level and beyond.

Atul brings with him more than five years of technical experience and is well-versed in Java, .NET, PHP as well as many other desktop, network and web programming technologies.

Atul earned his Master of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in India.

Atul has the unique ability to understand and visualize complicated business challenges and create powerful technical solutions to solve them. His forward-thinking approach combined with his extensive technical acumen make him a strong and capable leader.

Sudhir Subbaiah, Director, Internet Strategy

Sudhir Subbaiah , Gatesix’s Director of Internet Strategy, leads a team of web developers, designers and internet marketing specialists. Under his management this team delivers highly effective internet strategy solutions that include web design, development and internet marketing.

Sudhir has spent more than eight years working with a variety of web technologies and six years working with Internet marketing technologies. In the past, he served as a Search Engine Optimization Analyst for Icrossing, Inc. as well as Web Master for Spanish Abroad.

Sudhir earned his Master of Science in Enterprise Information Systems from Arizona State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Bangalore University in India.

Sudhir is a results-oriented achiever with a knack for identifying opportunities poised for accelerated growth. He is a proficient problem-solver who brings together his business and technical perspectives to develop workable solutions.

Jennfer Beavers, Director, Client Relations

As Director of Client Relations, Jennifer Beavers takes a lead role in building lasting, mutually-beneficial relationships with Gatesix's ever-expanding base of satisfied clients. In this role she serves as a resource for communications guidance, strategies and solutions.

Originally from Ohio, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Wright State University. Her management background includes developing and implementing account management strategies, consulting and advising clients to define project requirements, as well as management of the sales process from initial contact to contract approval. She has spent the better part of a decade in executive operational roles with both emerging and established industry leaders.

Jennifer, who was named one of Business Journal's "40 Under 40" is an articulate, technically savvy and experienced executive who was also awarded the Ohio National Speakers Association’s “Trudy Knox Award” for innovation in public relations, as well as FedEx’s “Bravo Zulu Award” for outstanding customer service. Under her leadership, Gatesix continues to grow in stature as Phoenix’s premier IT solutions provider.
